One of the newest menu items at this locals favorite bistro and wine shop is pan-roasted halibut with house-made gnocchi, parsley gremolata and wine-butter sauce. Rich and earthy, this soothing dish is an example of the classic cuisine executed by chef Joe Swan and his kitchen as they collaborate with chef Jet Tila for a special four-course, prix fixe pop-up dinner on Sept. 26.
