The joy of La Cave starts with great wine and a great wine system. Carefully selected flights, which start at $15 for four 2-ounce pours, are particularly enjoyable, and the menu of internationally sourced grapes recently expanded, from five to 10 prix-fixe offerings. Throw in the “hideaway” aspect of La Cave (it’s tucked into a less-traveled corner of the Wynn), one of the best patios in town and some great food, and there’s no better place to sip and swirl the night away.
